Type TXL automotive wire is a stranded wire with abrasion, chemical and moisture resistant high temperature Crosslinked Polyethylene insulation. It is the thinnest and lightest of the Crosslinked Polyethylene automotive wires. It’s used in automotive and transportation applications where high heat resistance is required, according to SAE-J-1128.
